Build wealth like the rich

Most people with an at least average salary should be able to retire a millionaire. That is not an exaggeration. If you can save at least $100 a month, you'll most likely become a millionaire before you retire, or you can retire early, if you follow this course's financial planning.

You'll learn the practices insurance companies, pension funds and banks use to make you feel good about using their services while they're usually the ones getting rich.

We'll cover financial planning and investing for the average individual that wants to build wealth securely with largely passive investments and for active investors that want to learn about factor and value investing, including active stock picking to beat ETF strategies.

Build wealth like the rich

Find your ideal partner

Most people select their partner based on their primal instincts. Women often fall for the wrong guys and men try to game their way into the pants of 6s while failing to find a high-quality woman.

Psychological research shows us what partner attributes really matter for relationship satisfaction and which traps to look out for. We'll also cover game theory (the economical models, not the manosphere bastardization thereof) and how to make yourself a more attractive partner (and not just physically).

What are the differences between the Personal Trainer course and this course?

The Henselmans Personal Trainer Certification Course, commonly known as the Henselmans PT Course, is for fitness professionals and competitive physique and powerlifting athletes. It has additional modules on competitive bodybuilding, powerlifting, hormones, becoming a better coach and running a fitness business. It's slightly higher priced, has a formal examination and awards you with an official PT Certification. It does not cover anything lifestyle related beyond the physical (such as sleep optimization).

The Henselmans Personal Development Course shares all the fundamental information about training, nutrition and supplementation, except the topics specifically relevant for competitive athletes and fitness professionals. Instead of those and the certification, it goes into personal development and lifestyle optimization with the same evidence-based perspective. It covers how to make life's most important decisions to maximize your well-being based on hard data, such as career advice and where to live, whom to choose as your partner and how to invest your money to build wealth.

This course is purely for your self-development, to get yourself results. It's for serious lifters that want to reach their maximum natural muscular potential at a sustainably low body fat percentage. You will also learn evidence-based directions to make some of the most important decisions of your life.

This course offers unique topics the PT course does not, like how to optimize your lifestyle to be happy and fulfilled. We cover what the research shows about how to choose your career, how to find the best match for your romantic partner, where to live and how to invest your money to build wealth with minimal effort.

How much time will the course require?

The course is designed to be doable part-time, so you can follow it alongside your work or studies. With about one free evening per week, you should be able to keep up with the group.

There's no need to ever feel rushed. You will keep access to all the material, so feel free to work through everything at your own pace.

Do I have to be present at specific times?

No, we have students from all over the world. All materials can be viewed on our online platform or you can download them. You can study at your own convenience.

How does the payment process work?

You can pay monthly over 10 months or in one single payment. We accept payments via PayPal, credit card and bank transfer.

If you use Paypal, you will be transfered to a secure Paypal checkout page to finish your registration. The first payment will start when you register. Thereafter, you'll be automatically billed each month until you've paid for 10 months.

If you choose bank transfer, you'll receive an email and invoice from our administration within 72 hours with detailed instructions to set up your payment.

If you have any questions about payments, you can contact us at us at Info@MennoHenselmans.com

Will I keep lifetime access to the material after the course?

Yes, you will keep access to the material and the learning platform. However, because we update the course regularly, some links might not work after a while.

Can I get all the material at once?

It's not possible to get all the material at once. The course has a deliberate pace.

Will I get lifetime updates?

You will keep access to the course materials from your round. If you'd like access to the updated materials from future rounds you can enroll again and you'll get a major discount: 7 months free if you sign up for the very next course or 6 months free if you sign up for any course thereafter.

Many choose to take the course every few rounds to stay up-to-date with the latest science.

What do I get with the mentoring option?

With the mentoring option you will get full course plus a one-on-one video call mentoring session with Menno Henselmans each month. This option is limited to 10 spots. You can pay in 10 monthly payments of $499,-.

The primary time zone will be Amsterdam time in the afternoons and evenings.
