The most important criterion for us to work with you is that you’re a believer in our mission to share evidence-based fitness information across the world. For this reason, we hire almost exclusively internally: practically everyone we hired to contribute to the course was a former student of the course or client of Menno.
For tutor and researcher positions, we require a BSc as the minimum education, combined with a fitness related certification or education, or an MSc or PhD. For researcher positions, we place strong emphasis on high-level education.
For other job positions, such as graphics designers or marketers, you need to have a positive record of accomplishment for the job in question, along with some form of education in fitness.
