The MH Physique App is designed to function as a 24/7 virtual coach, not just a logbook. Created by experienced coaches, it tailors fitness and nutrition programs to your goals and adapts over time, unlike other apps that simply record inputs.
You can choose anywhere between 1 and 7 times a week. We generally recommend going to the gym as often as you can for maximum results. Each workout will be shorter if you train more often, but we got you covered even if life gets in the way.
The intake includes questions on your stats (age, weight, body fat) and strength levels. This helps the MH Physique App set initial programming that evolves as you log progress. Don’t worry about perfect accuracy; adjustments happen gradually.
Yes, The MH Physique App provides a recommended program, but you can swap exercises, change the order, and adjust sets as needed. The app offers science-backed exercises for each goal but lets you personalize where necessary.
You can enable:
- Calorie Cycling (adjusts calorie intake around workout days)
- RM-Testing (helps tailor workouts by testing strength in core exercises)
- Myoreps (a method to reduce workout time by performing extended sets with brief rests)
These can be toggled on/off anytime.
